Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your Loop & Thread Studio purchase. Because our products may include craft kits, supplies, handmade items, and class registrations, return and refund eligibility depends on the type of purchase.
Physical Products and Kits
Unused, unopened physical products and kits may be eligible for a return when requested within 14 days of delivery or pickup.
Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging and must include all included materials, supplies, and components.
Unless an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.
We may request photographs or other information to help us determine the appropriate resolution.
When appropriate, we will replace the item or provide a refund.
Digital or Downloadable Materials
Digital products, downloadable patterns, instructions, or other digital materials are generally non-refundable once they have been delivered or accessed, unless otherwise required by law.
Class and Workshop Cancellations
Class registration fees are refundable when a cancellation is requested at least 7 days before the scheduled class, unless the class listing states a different cancellation policy.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before a class may be eligible for a studio credit at our discretion.
Because class materials may be purchased or prepared specifically for registered participants, refunds may not be available for late cancellations or no-shows.
If Loop & Thread Studio cancels a class or workshop, registered participants will be offered a refund, transfer, or other appropriate option.
No-Shows
Class registrations are not refundable for no-shows unless otherwise agreed by Loop & Thread Studio.
Sale and Clearance Items
Items marked as final sale, clearance, or otherwise identified as non-returnable are not eligible for return except when the item is defective or otherwise required by law.

We will review the request and provide instructions when a return is approved.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
This policy does not limit any rights or remedies provided to consumers under applicable law.
